Comprehensive Booking and Cancellation Guidelines for a Smooth and Secure Stay at ReTreet

At ReTreet, we aim to provide a seamless and secure booking experience for our guests. This article outlines our booking procedures, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies to ensure you have all the information you need when planning your stay.

Booking Procedures

1. Reservation Process:

  • Online Booking: Guests can book their stay directly through our website. Simply select your preferred dates, accommodation type, and any additional services or packages.
  • Phone Booking: Alternatively, you can call (256) 273-3174 to speak with our guest services team to make a reservation over the phone. Our staff will assist you with selecting the best accommodation and completing the booking process.

2. Confirmation:

  • Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your reservation, including the dates of your stay, accommodation type, and any additional services booked.

Deposit Requirements

1. Deposit Amount:

  • To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.

2. Payment Methods:

  • We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods for the deposit.

3. Final Payment:

  • The remaining balance is automatically charged to your card 7 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policies

1. Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 30 Days Before Arrival: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 30 days before their arrival date and receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Up to 14 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Within 14 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

2. Severe Weather Exception:

  • In the event of severe weather resulting in a state of emergency, we offer flexible cancellation options. Guests affected by such circumstances can reschedule their reservation based on availability without losing their deposit.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

  • We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests' needs. If you need to reschedule your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find new dates based on availability, ensuring you do not lose your deposit. Please Note, this may not always be possible but we certainly do our best to try.
